We want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain clean and hair-free during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
